Reporting of Unauthorized electronic & other transactions

Customers can report the unauthorized transactions on our landline number +91-7184-295276 or send details at bankingunit@bucbl.com, account@bucbl.com, cpd@bucbl.com, it@bucbl.com for further processing.

Customer is also advised to report the unauthorized electronic transaction to the Cyber Cell of the local police station and/or on Govt. of India’s Cyber Crime Helpline number 1930 & on “National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal” at https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/crmcondi.aspx.
